WHEN TWO MIRRORS FACE EACH OTHER YOU CAN PEER INTO INFINITY.
COULD YOU SEE FARTHER INTO THIS INFINITY, WHEN PEERING THROUGH A PAIR OF BINOCULARS?
Despite the infinite amount of images we are capable of taking in, we are still limited in what we see.
In this project I investigated in what manner our perception of an object is influenced by it’s surroundings.
I am playing with the fact that when perceiving and understanding our direct surroundings, object and space become inseparable.
Perception – how we expect an object to function or move in it’s surroundings
Association – how we connect these objects to other things unconsiously
